The Rotary Club of Pass Christian Police Station Project is raising
$500,000 to equip the new Pass Christian Police Station with state of
the art communication equipment, holding cells, advanced computers,
photographic equipment, radar equipment, equipment and supplies for a
complete, new, forensic laboratory, exercise equipment, a kitchen and
office furniture for a building twice as large as that which was
destroyed.
FEMA will replace only one for one material in the old, smaller
station house. The Rotary Club has taken on the challenge of providing
additional contents for a new, larger and far more completely equipped
Police Station.
Our plan is to seek a modest amount of assistance from State Police,
Sheriff Departments and Urban/Rural Police Departments across the United
States. Our Police Chief Dubuisson and his small force worked diligently
during and after Katrina providing security, stability, and peace of mind
for our village.
Law enforcement officers are
always there in time of need.
Our Police Department needs your support!
Please help our Rotary help them.
Thank you,
D.H. Short II, M.D.
