On August 29, 2005, Hurricane Katrina hit the small community of Pass Christian, Mississippi with the highest storm surge to hit the Gulf Coast with 36-38 foot waves.  It took lives, homes, all city buildings, all city light and heavy equipment, pets, governmental services, roads, utilities, but not the spirit and dedication of The Rotary Club of Pass Christian.

Since Katrina, the Rotary Club led by Dwight H.
